I love to decorate with lighthouses both indoors and out. The lighthouse in this photo is from my garden and I also have a lighthouse birdfeeder nearby. On my front porch I have three lighthouses arranged on a block of wood. They serve as a welcome to our guests.

Welcome to Ponce Inlet
This lighthouse welcomes people to a town in Florida. I stopped and took this photo when we were visiting the lighthouse. We were not sure where the lighthouse was located so when we saw this sign we knew we were on the right track.
Signs can also welcome people to your home. They might take the form of a plaque by your door, a colorful flag or perhaps a message on your welcome mat.
Why not have a lighthouse sign to welcome people to your home?
Welcome to our Home
There are many types of lighthouse welcome signs that you can add to your home. You might have a sign with a lighthouse on it or perhaps you would choose one of the colorful flags that are available with lighthouses on them.
The lighthouse welcome touch I have chosen here is a welcome mat. It is both functional and colorful and it adds to your lighthouse theme.
Windchimes
Wind chimes are a wonderful way to make your garden special. I love to hear the gentle tinkling of wind chimes. They are particularly delightful in the spring and fall when I have my windows open and can enjoy the wind chimes.
Birdfeeder
Functional Decorations - Don't forget our feathered friends
Continue your lighthouse outdoors theme with one of these great lighthouse birdhouses or birdfeeders. I have a solar lighthouse birdfeeder in my back garden. It is pictured above.
Solar Powered Lights for your Garden
I have a lighthouse sitting in the middle of my garden. You see it pictured in the introductory photo. I love the way it becomes the centerpiece in my garden.
This 39" red and ivory solar lighthouse would also make a great garden centerpiece. The bright red and ivory color will stand out among your plants during daytime hours and then at night the warm glow from the 3 Amber LED's will give your garden an inviting look.
I really like the solar lights for gardens. You don't have to worry about wiring and the rechargeable batteries will give you many hours of enjoyment.
A Touch of the Sea in Your Garden
I love outdoor décor that is done tastefully. I like to pick a theme and then use it in the various touches throughout my garden and yard. I am not really big on an overabundance of outdoor décor. I like for most of the décor to be plants and shrubs, but I do like a touch of my theme to be in among my plants. I think this colorful wind spinner would be a great touch of color in a planting area that is mostly green. It will help to bring your lighthouse theme together.
